As an artist based in Adelaide (on unceded Kaurna land), South Australia, I find inspiration in the natural beauty that surrounds me. Working with encaustic medium, I aim to capture the essence of the natural world in my art. The unpredictable and transformative qualities of encaustic painting resonate with the ever-changing elements of nature, allowing me to explore textures, colours, and forms in a way that reflects the organic flow of the environment.

By utilising encaustic medium, I am able to build up layers, creating depth and complexity in each piece. This process mirrors the layers of existence within nature itself, like timelines laid in the landscapes that stretch before us.
